Inner Blooming
In honor of all the #Feelings and #Cycles of all the pain and beauty of being here on this Planet and the flowers it blooms. I hope you always find the love in the cycles. And the strength to always claim your importance in the mess and beauty. With each cycle our gardens get stronger, our ecosystems thrive alittle more, and we make space and learn what feeds everyone.
My fine art prints are printed on the most gorgeous Eco friendly, Hahnemuhle Hemp. It is a remarkably beautiful option. Hahnemuhle claims that their papers have been vegan since 1965 but hemp is also eco friendly because it’s made of a plant fiber that grows rapidly and without the need of pesticides. Hemp also requires much less water than materials used in traditional papers. Because it does not use optical brighteners, this reduces the chemical footprint as well.
When you hold it in your hands, you are immediately removed from this digital world experience and reminded of old world craftsmanship. Hahnemuhle is known for their quality papers and this paper does not disappoint. The colors and black tones are rich and details come out beautifully. It has a slight texture to it so it will be appealing to watercolor painters as well. Now you have another opportunity to add an additional action to your life’s engagement with supporting the environment. And just in case you were wondering, it has no intoxicating effect, that is unless you find yourself feeling intoxicated when you see beautiful art.
